{"id":766,"date":"2018-05-15T15:49:15","date_gmt":"2018-05-15T06:49:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kari.lib.shizuoka.ac.jp\/wordpress\/?page_id=766"},"modified":"2025-07-07T10:45:25","modified_gmt":"2025-07-07T01:45:25","slug":"ndl-digi","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.lib.shizuoka.ac.jp\/en\/browsing\/ndl-digi\/","title":{"rendered":"Digitized Contents Transmission Service for Libraries"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"container\">\n<p>&#8220;The Digitized Contents Transmission Service for Libraries&#8221; (the Service) is provided by the National Diet Library as a means of making digitized versions of out-of-print or otherwise difficult-to-obtain materials available to the general public at university or public libraries that subscribe to the Service.<br \/>\nYou can view and copy digital images of materials at Shizuoka University Library.<\/p>\n<h2>Those who can use the Service<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Those who have a Shizuoka University Library Card (the student ID card, the faculty \/ staff ID card, the Library card for visitor.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Available materials<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Materials with the &#8220;<b>Available with Digitized Contents Transmission Service<\/b>&#8221; mark in <a href=\"http:\/\/dl.ndl.go.jp\/\">the National Diet Library Digital Collections<\/a>.\n<ul>\n<li>You can search by checking &#8220;Available with Digitized Contents Transmission Service&#8221; at the search screen.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Available without login&#8221; materials can be viewed from any device connected to the Internet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You can search the materials included in the National Diet Library Digital Collections on <b><a href=\"https:\/\/opac.lib.shizuoka.ac.jp\/opac\/\">the Shizuoka University Library OPAC<\/a><\/b>.\n<ul>\n<li>You can search for materials (books, journals and classics) which are &#8220;Available without login&#8221; or &#8220;Available with Digitized Contents Transmission Service&#8221; on the OPAC.<\/li>\n<li>Books and classics are searched for as &#8220;eBook&#8221; and journals as &#8220;eJournal&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Available without login&#8221; and &#8220;Available with Digitized Contents Transmission Service&#8221; are displayed as follows in the search results of the OPAC.\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Available without login&#8221; : \u56fd\u7acb\u56fd\u4f1a\u56f3\u66f8\u9928\u30c7\u30b8\u30bf\u30eb\u30b3\u30ec\u30af\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3 \u30d5\u30ea\u30fc<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Available with Digitized Contents Transmission Service&#8221; : \u56fd\u7acb\u56fd\u4f1a\u56f3\u66f8\u9928\u30c7\u30b8\u30bf\u30eb\u30b3\u30ec\u30af\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3 [\u9759\u5ca1\u672c\u9928\u30ec\u30d5\u30a1\u30ec\u30f3\u30b9\u30ab\u30a6\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u30fb\u6d5c\u677e\u5206\u9928\u30ab\u30a6\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u3078(\u5e73\u65e59:00-12:30,13:30-17:00)]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<li>You cannot search the full-text, doctoral dissertations etc. on the OPAC, so please search directly on <a href=\"http:\/\/dl.ndl.go.jp\/\">the National Diet Library Digital Collections<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reference) NEWS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lib.shizuoka.ac.jp\/en\/news\/20240909-01\/\">Enhancing the data of the National Diet Library Digital Collection and Aozora Bunko at the Shizuoka University OPAC<\/a>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Place of use<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Shizuoka Main Library : Reference counter (2 viewing terminals)<\/li>\n<li>Hamamatsu Branch Library : Hamamatsu Branch Counter (1 viewing terminal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Service hours<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Viewing, requesting photocopies at the counter and receiving photocopies are available between 9: 00-12: 30, 13: 30-17: 00 (weekdays).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to browse<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Please present your Library card (the student ID card, the faculty\/staff ID card, the Library card for visitor) at the counter.<\/li>\n<li>You can use after log-in by the library staff on the browsing terminal.<\/li>\n<li>The usage time is up to 60 minutes. However, if there is no next user, you can extend it.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff3333;\">Please note the following<\/span>. If you violate this rule, the National Diet Library will stop the Service to the Shizuoka University Library.\n<ul>\n<li>Do not take out the viewing terminal.<\/li>\n<li>Do not connect the device (laptop, external storage device such as USB flash memory) brought in by you to the viewing terminal.<\/li>\n<li>Do not take a picture of the screen of the viewing terminal with a camera or the like.<\/li>\n<li>Do not obtain screen captures or electronic files of materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Photocopy (Printout)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You can apply for photocopy service within the scope permitted by the Japanese Copyright Act. Fill out the Inter Library (Photocopy \/ Loan) Application form <a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/s-guide\/ill-apply.pdf\">[PDF]<\/a> \/ <a href=\"\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/s-guide\/ill-apply.docx\">[Word]<\/a>, or apply from &#8220;<b>ILL[Photocopy]<\/b>&#8221; in the &#8220;<b>New request<\/b>&#8221; in myLibrary.<\/li>\n<li>You can also apply for only photocopy service without browsing.<\/li>\n<li>To receive photocopies, please come to the Reference Counter or the Branch Library Counter regardless of whether you paid with public or private expense (according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndl.go.jp\/jp\/library\/faq\/service_digi.html#anchor28\">the rules of the National Diet Library<\/a>\uff09.<\/li>\n<li>Photocopying will be done by the library staff.
