  [Exhibition Preview] Gallery Exhibition “A deeper understanding of Ukiyo-e prints”

This exhibition presents the work of students enrolled in the 2025 Seminar in Japanese and Literature in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, showcasing nishiki-e prints along with the results of their transcription and annotation projects.
On April 16th, a gallery talk will be given by the course instructor, Professor Konita. In addition, during the exhibition period, related programs such as workshop about omocha-e (toy pictures) and explanatory sessions are also planned.
We warmly invite you to visit and enjoy the exhibition.

 Notice of the Course‑Integrated Exhibition

  • April 13th (Mon) – April 24th (Fri) 9am – 5pm : Monday – Friday (*The last day will end at 3pm.)
  • Shizuoka Main Library 4th floor, Gallery
  • A gallery talk will be held on April 16th, from 1pm to 2pm.
