  Suspension of some services due to the renewal of OPAC and myLibrary

OPAC and myLibrary will be renewed on Dec.1st(Thu.).
Due to the data migration work, some library services will be suspended as follows.

Recommend or Request Books

Recommend or Request Books service will be stopped from Nov.10th(Thu.) to 30th(Wed.) and until the service starts on December 1 (Thu.).

Hold & Request, Renewal

Hold & Request and Renew library book will be stopped from Nov. 28th(Mon.) to 30th(Wed.) and until the service starts on December 1 (Thu.).

  • You may receive materials that are already available.

Apply for Inter Library (Photocopy/Loan) Request

ILL (Interlibrary Loan) service will be stopped from Nov. 28th(Mon.) to 30th(Wed.) and until the service starts on December 1 (Thu.).

  • You may receive materials that we have notified you of their arrival.

myLibrary Login

You will not be able to log into myLibrary from Nov.28th(Mon.) to 30th(Wed.) and until the service starts on December 1 (Thu.).

Suspension of Other Services from Nov.28th(Mon.) to 30th(Wed.).

  • Materials returned from Nov.28th(Mon.) 5 p.m to 30th(Wed.) will not be available for loan until Dec. 1st(Thu.).
  • During this period, return date notification emails will be suspended.
  • During this period, you will not be able to apply for photocopies of the national Diet Library Digital Collections and Microform. Only browsing will be available.

  • The above suspension periods may change.
  • Faculty and staff should also see this link.
  • OPAC renewal is scheduled for the afternoon Nov. 30th(Wed.).
