Shizuoka University Libraries will offer borrowing privileges to other university students, faculty and staff in Tohoku and North Kanto areas who have returned home in Shizuoka Prefecture, after suffering from the 2011 Tohoku – Pacific Ocean Earthquake. For more information regarding the term of validity, please contact the service staff. You may visit the Circulation Counter with your student ID to register for borrowing privileges. If you need to use online journals and databases, please ask at the Circulation Counter. You can receive this service at both libraries in Shizuoka and Hamamatsu campuses.

CiNii and KAKEN will be temporarily available from 18:00 on March 16th, but they will be unavailable for all day on March 17th and 18th.

* Graduate Students: Your due date for ALL library materials checked out between February 15th and March 21st is April 22nd.
* Graduating Seniors / Graduate Students: Your due date for ALL library materials is March 22nd, 2011.
* Due to renovations, the extended loan period is a week longer than that of Shizuoka Library.
