We will change Service Hours of the library as follows:
〇May.25th (Mon) － June.7th (Sun)
weekday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
weekend and holiday: Closed
〇June.8th(Mon) － July.5th(Sun)
weekday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday and holiday: Closed
※About Using materials in the closed stacks
〇Shizuoka Main Library
・From this fiscal year, materials in the closed stacks can be delivered by Library staff until 4:45 pm on weekdays.
・For the time being, you can access the closed stacks from 9 am to 7:30 pm.
・Materials in the closed stacks are not available on weekend and holidays.
〇Hamamatsu Branch Library
・You can use materials in closed stacks from 9 am to 5 pm.
・Materials in the closed stacks are not available on weekend and holidays.
※About Library Services
・Regardless of the above period, visitors will not be able to use Shizuoka University Library for the time being.
・During the library’s opening hours, services are limited as follows:
－borrowing and returning books
－receiving reservation books
・There is no change in the loan period or number of books.
・Seats in the Library are not available.
・Personal booths and other facilities in the Library are not available for use.
・We have resumed interlibrary loan with public libraries in Shizuoka.
・We have resumed the document copying service between the Shizuoka and Hamamatsu campuses.
・Except for the above, interlibrary loan services have been suspended.
・We’ll resume Interlibrary loan services from June.8th(Mon). (It may take longer than usual or be unable to offer to your request.)
・We’ll resume National Diet Library Digital Collection service from June.8th(Mon). You can use it within 30 minutes.
Further changes may be made depending on future circumstances.

To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, you can renew the book return deadline several times for the time being.
You can renew items online from your home through myLibrary.

However, please note that the items cannot be renewed if the item is reserved by other user or you have items that have been overdue.
The deadline for return is as follows.
